The key number can be found stamped on your key or with a Plus and X-Plus key on the enclosed CodeCard.

No, you can also order a duplicate key from an ABUS dealer near you .

If you no longer have a key or CodeCard, or if you have noted down the key number, unfortunately we can no longer make a key later.

In that case you will need to find a specialist locksmith who can make another key using this sample key.

Please check if you have entered the complete number that is written on the key or CodeCard.

If necessary, also look at the back of the key.

That a key is difficult to turn could be because the cylinder was not sufficiently maintained.

Make sure that you regularly treat your cylinder with care spray to counteract problems. It is important that you use a water-based care spray, not oil.
